Meet the team
We are an interdisciplinary team driven by curiosity and passion for science and technology.
We help you transition from a science project to a commercial venture.
We are embedded in the venture capital scene, yet understand the language of science and the world of research. Our expertise and experience in technology, finance, legal, IP, and strategic consulting will set your startup on the right course from the beginning.
We aim to be transparent from the beginning – our term sheet is available online, and sets out our requirements in clear language. While the specific terms of our investment will be discussed with the founder teams and tailor-made for the needs of the company, our terms are founder friendly and provide a solid framework for further future financing rounds.
